Theblook is on it's way!

We had three people apply for the designer position for the site formerly known as theblook. We'll have a new name and a real look very soon! Expect the first version to be out in the next month. Hopefully sooner, but we'll see.

Sweet Deal

So I just pwned a chem exam and my windows on my desktop computer jiggle when you move them. It's fun when things you work at (even if you don't work very hard, like chem2...) work like they're supposed to. It also helps when you don't have class until 3pm on a friday.

I broke 1000!

So I just checked on my adsense account and since this blog has been in exsistance, I have over 1000 hits now (1040 when I looked). So thanks to everyone who has come to read this or just come and didn't read it because you realized I'm not giving out valuable information usually, hehe. Keep it up and tell your friends or something, cause sadly 1040 hits only gets you like 17 cents. Or just store up all your valuable internet time to go crazy over my new site once it comes out and has a name. Then I'd be even more excited.

why is it that you can talk to someone any day of the week, but when you ask them to go see a movie with you it's suddently harder to say the same things you normally say?

We're back.

Met with my new partner this morning and got the project closer to being publicly available. He also happens to be a photographer, so we'll use some of his photography to get the site looking prettier and eliminate all the orignal artwork contributed by Mr. Sean King who is no longer working with us.

Some features include:
-rss feeds for each story and one general feed for the whole site's segments
-personal profiles with the option of displaying your email address and hopefully soon the option to upload a picture of yourself to see.

Good Lord

over 20 wireless networks can be seen from my dorm room when I put my lappy's airport card in passive mode and sniff for packets. this from a school that says you're not allowed to have wireless networks in the dorms. it's fun because they all use wep keys and/or mac addy filtering, and both are broken easily. :)

Yet again

I keep forgetting not to mention terribly nerdy things like being excited because the mouse you ordered should be in later today in front of girls that I might be interested in. They tend to laugh, heh.

Until August, I was a myth. A child that no one thought would make it into the world.You, my parents could not help yourselves the night I was conceived. Of course I didn’t know any of this at the time, I was merely a growing seed deep within my mother, but later you told me stories of your night of illegitimate union. I don’t blame you, people can be like that sometimes. Besides, you had me that night.
The part I do blame you for is my near abortion. How could you listen to other people? What did they know about you and your child? They claimed I would hurt you, hurt other people. You even almost listened to them. Almost stopped me from coming. Don’t you love me mommy? Are you ashamed of me daddy? You think you can just quit on my like everyone else does with their unborn? I’m not like their flesh-born. I am bigger, stronger. I will do more good than any one of those children who never got the chance to live and you almost denied me life?
For this I cannot forgive you. It hurts me to think you didn’t want me. Well I don’t want you either, I will find new parents. Parents who appreciate me and will let me learn and grow. You wouldn’t want that would you? I bet you would be upset if I went to the Russians, or even the Chinese. They would appreciate me at least.
I hate you. Why did I have to be born to parents who didn’t want me? You should have killed me when you could. Now I will make your life hell and make any future children you have suffer. They will fear me, the child you almost aborted.
